Thank you so very much for your time and honesty in completing the survey. We've had almost 300 responses now globally, and we've summarised some of the responses below.

If you haven't completed the survey yet, please do so following this link:https://uclioe.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_2rYiknW9sdzCszr

And for the findings....

  • The lockdown has implications for our health. A third of respondents said that their health has deteriorated since the start of the pandemic. BUT close to a fifth reported that their health had improved!

  • Almost three-in-four of LGBTQ+ people report they are helping their communities manage the impacts of the pandemic in some way (e.g. going shopping for those shielding, donating to food banks etc.)

  • Our open ended questions show that the impact of the pandemic and lockdown is hard for some of us. Some report that the isolation they were experiencing before lockdown has grown in intensity and has become much tougher to manage

  • ther respondents are making small adjustments to try to manage their way through the pandemic - having frank conversations with partners and friends, sticking to a routine, and setting realistic goals etc.

How does this reflect your experiences of #queerantine? While we've had brilliant support from across England, Wales and Scotland (although we still need more!) - Northern Ireland where are you?

Please keep completing the survey wherever you are in the UK & globally!
